Our Services

• Home Health Care: Skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, wound care, and IV therapy provided by a team of experienced healthcare professionals in the patient's home.
• Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy: Our therapists work with patients to strengthen and coordinate various muscles, improve gait abnormalities, and restore speech.
• Medical Social Work: Our medical social workers provide counsel and advocacy for individuals and families in times of illness, as well as assistance with identifying resources to help with personal, emotional, and financial problems.
• Home Health Aides: Our home health aides offer personal hygiene care, assistance with dressing, bathing, and other activities of daily living.
