At Sifu Och Wing Chun Kung Fu, we are a unique martial arts academy located in Lakeland, Florida. We are different from other martial arts schools in Central Florida, as we are the only school certified to teach the entire Wing Chun system under four direct lineages. Our academy is led by Chief Instructor Sifu Justin Och, a 5th Degree Master Sifu and Regional Director for the Southeast United States for the Ving Tsun Athletic Association.

What We Do

Our mission is to provide top-quality realistic self-defense and fitness training for the Central Florida area. We focus on building strong students who can earn their belts, rather than just giving them out. Our classes and community are designed to be supportive, motivational, and goal-oriented. We are a big martial arts family, where students of all ages can train, socialize, and make lifelong friendships.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of programs and classes to suit different interests and needs. Our Wing Chun Kung Fu program teaches students the complete Wing Chun system, from beginners to advanced levels. Our Kickboxing and Fitness classes offer a high-energy workout and self-defense techniques. We also have Kids Martial Arts and Little Lions classes for ages 3-14, as well as Adult Self-Defense classes and private lessons. Additionally, we offer specialized programs like Summer Camps, After-School Programs, and Group Fitness Bootcamp.
