Our Story

Women of Color Golf is a community dedicated to empowering women of all colors, from diverse communities and countries, and helping them harness the true potential of golf to enrich their lives and wellbeing. We believe golf is more than just a sport, it's a transformative journey to success and meaningful connections. Our story began with an unlikely set of golf clubs rescued from a pile on the corner of PGA Boulevard and Prosperity Road in Palm Beach, Florida. Since 2014, Women of Color Golf and Girls on the Green Tee have introduced over 2,500 minority women and girls to golf. We've brought golf to Fortune 100 companies, sports leagues, and girls in communities, schools, and outreach centers across the globe.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide a platform for women of color to learn, grow, and network through golf. We offer expert-led instruction tailored to professional women's busy schedules, taking them from novices to confident networkers on the golf course in as little as 5 weeks with 20 hours of instruction. Our exclusive corporate clinics, leagues, social events, and golf trips give women unparalleled opportunities to learn, grow, and network within our vibrant global community. We also provide a platform for women to give back to their communities through our nonprofit youth initiative, Girls on the Green Tee, which empowers young girls with self-esteem and confidence.
