At Burlington Antiques, we believe that history deserves a beautiful presence in modern life. Established over 35 years ago, our antique mall thrives in Lincoln's historic Haymarket District, showcasing a curated collection of treasures for every taste and budget. We are not simply a repository of the past; we strive to create an engaging and inspiring shopping experience, where the allure of vintage pieces blends seamlessly with the convenience of a well-organized space.

Our Story

Burlington Antiques has a rich history intertwined with the vibrant fabric of Lincoln's Haymarket District. Our journey began in a charming building that now houses Lazlo's Brewery & Grill, where the original owners, Lou and Gale Shields, envisioned a showcase for unique and quality antiques.

Driven by their passion, they meticulously restored the old Taxi Cab building in 1986, establishing a haven for knowledgeable dealers and antique enthusiasts alike. In 1995, the torch was passed to Jeff and Diane Cunningham, who, with their already established business, Gatherings, in the Haymarket, brought a new wave of energy and vision to the antique mall. As the area around them transformed, embracing new businesses and ventures like Lazlo's and Empyrean Brewing Co., they recognized the need to expand and relocated to The Lincoln Station Building in 2000.

Since then, Burlington Antique Mall, LLC, has blossomed under Jeff and Diane's stewardship, continuing to honor the legacy of quality and curating an exceptional collection of antiques. Their commitment to the Haymarket is unwavering, with Jeff serving as the Executive Director of the Lincoln Haymarket Development Corp. and managing the Haymarket Farmers' Market for over 21 years, while Diane actively participates as the events chair for the LHDC Board. Completing this remarkable team is Sophie, the shop's cherished CEO (Canine Executive Officer).
