Peter Nekos has been a pharmacist for 50 years and is joined in our Saugerties Pharmacy by his son Nick, truly a family pharmacy. Supervising pharmacist Dr. Lara Weiner and pharmacy technicians Carla Washburn and Jessica Vickery round out our friendly and experienced team. We are proud to offer a wide range of medical supplies, including surgical braces, compression stockings, wheelchairs, walkers, canes, and nebulizers. If there's any home health care or health and beauty item that we don't have, we will order it for you and have it the next morning in most cases. Our pharmacists and pharmacy techs are happy to take the time to provide expert advice on your prescription and over-the-counter medicinal needs. We are knowledgeable and experienced and always eager to answer all your questions. We will work closely with your doctors to assure you will not run out of medicine and also will help find alternative medicines or get authorizations if your insurance doesn't cover a drug claim.

We feature a private room for prescription consultations, vaccinations, and fittings for professional quality braces, supports, orthopedic socks, and compression stockings. We have a beautiful gift department and a large selection of greeting cards. We provide off-street parking for our customers and our side entrance is fully handicapped accessible.
