What is the meet and greet process?
Our complimentary meet and greet allows dogs to explore our facility with owners present. This 10-30 minute session helps assess compatibility with our environment and discuss specific care requirements.
What services do you offer?
We provide daycare, overnight boarding, socialization training, enrichment activities, and structured play sessions in small groups for dogs of all sizes and temperaments.
How do you ensure dog safety?
We maintain small-group play, individualized attention, and strict behavioral monitoring. All staff receive specialized training in canine body language and social interaction management to prevent conflicts.
What are your operating hours?
We operate Monday-Thursday 7:30am-6pm, Friday 8am-5:30pm, Saturday 9am-4pm, with Sunday closed. Extended holiday hours available during peak seasons.
What vaccination requirements exist?
All dogs must have current Rabies and DHPP vaccinations or valid titer test results. We also require flea/tick prevention for all participants in our programs.
Do you accommodate senior dogs?
Yes, we welcome senior dogs in good health. Our staff provides appropriate activity levels and monitoring to ensure comfort while maintaining social engagement opportunities with compatible playmates.
