Our Story

Il Brigante was born out of a passion for traditional Italian cuisine and a desire to share the rich flavors and traditions of southern Italy with the community. Our founders, who hail from the region of Calabria, were inspired by the stories of their ancestors, who were known as "briganti" - modern-day Robin Hoods who roamed the hills and mountains of southern Italy, fighting for justice and freedom. Today, we continue to honor this legacy by serving up authentic, delicious, and unforgettable Italian cuisine that will leave you feeling like you're part of the family.
