Services
Hot Yoga
Our Hot Yoga classes combine traditional Hatha yoga postures with infrared heat (95-98F) to enhance flexibility and detoxification. The static holds improve strength and alignment while the heat promotes deep muscle relaxation. Suitable for all levels, these sessions range from 45-90 minutes with options for beginners and advanced practitioners.
Halotherapy
Dry salt therapy sessions use Himalayan salt particles to improve respiratory and skin health. The 30-minute sessions in our Salt Lounge help reduce inflammation, enhance lung capacity, and promote skin rejuvenation through natural ion absorption. This non-medical wellness practice accommodates up to five participants per session with advance reservations required.
Fitness Training
Functional fitness programs include TRX suspension, METCON HIIT, and SPIN classes designed for all fitness levels. Small group sessions (4-10 participants) combine resistance training, cardio, and metabolic conditioning to build endurance and strength. Expert-led instruction ensures proper form and personalized intensity adjustments during 45-90 minute sessions.
Teacher Training
Our Yoga Alliance-accredited 200- and 300-hour programs provide comprehensive yoga education. The curriculum covers anatomy, philosophy, teaching methodology, and business practices. Students receive hands-on experience through practicum hours and access to 50+ practice classes while learning from experienced instructors with 6,000+ teaching hours combined.
Private Sessions
Customized yoga instruction available in private and semi-private formats. These sessions focus on individual goals, offering personalized alignment adjustments and progression plans. Ideal for beginners needing foundational instruction or advanced practitioners seeking specialized techniques in a dedicated setting with focused instructor attention.

Questions
What should I wear to a hot yoga class?
Wear breathable, moisture-wicking clothing that allows free movement. Women often choose tank tops and yoga pants; men typically wear shorts and t-shirts. Avoid overly loose garments that might restrict movement.
Do you provide yoga mats?
We no longer provide mats for hygiene reasons. Please bring your own mat or purchase one from our boutique for optimal comfort and grip during practice.
How does halotherapy benefit skin health?
Dry salt particles absorbed through the skin help reduce inflammation, balance pH levels, and improve microcirculation. This natural process can alleviate conditions like eczema and psoriasis while enhancing overall skin texture and resilience.
Are your instructors qualified?
All instructors hold recognized certifications (RYT-200 to ERYT-500) with specialized training in various yoga styles. Combined, our team has over 10,000 teaching hours and maintains ongoing education in both traditional practices and modern wellness techniques.
Can beginners attend fitness classes?
Yes! Our small group fitness sessions accommodate all levels. Instructors provide modifications for beginners while offering progression options for experienced participants to ensure safe, effective workouts for everyone.
What makes your teacher training unique?
Our Yoga Alliance-accredited programs combine traditional Hatha/Vinyasa instruction with modern science, including anatomy and business practices. Students receive 50+ practice classes and personalized mentorship from instructors with 6,000+ teaching hours.
