Services
Stamping
Our stamping capabilities include progressive, straight side, and hydraulic presses ranging from 60 to 1000 tons. We produce complex steel components with precision tolerances for automotive and industrial applications. Advanced tooling and high-speed production lines ensure efficiency and consistency.
Fabrication
We offer complete fabrication services with lasers, turret punches, and press brakes for cutting, forming, and shaping sheet metal. Our equipment handles materials up to 96" wide with automated systems for high-volume accuracy and repeatability.
Welding
Our welding department includes 20 manual stations, 10 resistance welders, and 3 robotic systems. This combination allows flexible production from prototypes to high-volume runs with consistent quality for structural and precision components.
Coating
We provide e-coat and powder paint systems with zinc-phosphate pre-treatment for corrosion resistance. Our coating lines accommodate parts up to 58" high and 72" long, meeting industrial durability standards for harsh environments.
Assembly
Our assembly services combine stamped and fabricated parts into complete systems. With dedicated lines in both Lawrenceburg and Manchester, we perform kitting, sub-assembly, and final packaging to customer specifications.
