Our Owners

Edward Cichon, the founder of Accurate Auto Body, is an immigrant from Eastern Europe who arrived in the United States at a very young age. Ed is a Vietnam Veteran with a passion for cars. He started Accurate Auto Body to provide superior service to customers during a stressful and challenging time. His goal was and is to always treat his customers like family! Ed is a Master ASE technician and continues to guide his customers through the repair and insurance claim process while caring for customers just like his own family!

Dan Silva has been with Accurate Auto Body since it began. He has worked side-by-side with his father-in-law, Ed for over 30 years to help grow the business. You will see him on the floor as our most trusted estimator. He is ASE Certified and I-CAR Pro Level 3.

Tiffany Silva, Ed's daughter, joined the business in 1992 and has become the driving force for its continued success. As the chief operating officer, she keeps the company true to her father's original vision of family, quality customer service, and excellence. Tiffany serves as the President of the California Auto Body Association and the Secretary of the California Auto Body Association's East Bay Chapter.
