Family Resources is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting successful lives and building strong communities. For over 49 years, we have been committed to providing comprehensive services to individuals and families in need. Our mission is to support successful lives to build strong communities, and we believe that everyone deserves access to the resources and support they need to thrive.

Our History

Our journey began over four decades ago, when a small group of passionate individuals came together to provide support to those struggling. Over the years, we have grown and evolved, expanding our services to meet the changing needs of our community. Today, we are proud to offer a range of programs and services designed to empower individuals and families to overcome adversity and achieve their full potential.

Our Services

At Family Resources, we offer a range of services designed to support the unique needs of each individual and family we serve. Our comprehensive services include:

• Survivor Services: We provide a safe and supportive environment for survivors of trauma, offering counseling, therapy, and advocacy services to help them heal and rebuild their lives.
• Mental Health Services: Our mental health professionals provide compassionate and effective treatment for individuals struggling with mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Comprehensive Care Coordination: We work closely with medical professionals to provide coordinated care and support to individuals with complex medical needs.
• Iowa Aftercare Services: Our aftercare services help individuals transition back into their communities after hospitalization or treatment, providing ongoing support and guidance.
• Foster & Adoption: We connect foster children with loving families, providing a stable and nurturing environment to help them thrive.
• Crisis Stabilization: Our crisis stabilization services provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals in crisis, helping them to stabilize and recover.
• Residential Services: Our residential programs offer a safe and supportive environment for individuals and families in crisis, providing a safe place to heal and recover.
