History

Kihei Veterinary Clinic was founded by Dr. Roger Kehler in 1983, and has since become a beloved institution in the South Maui community. Dr. Kehler's passion for working with animals began at a young age, and he went on to earn his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Colorado State University's College of Veterinary Medicine in 1980. After moving to Maui in 1981, Dr. Kehler established a mobile vet practice, which eventually led to the creation of Kihei Veterinary Clinic. Today, our clinic remains committed to carrying on Dr. Kehler's legacy of compassion and dedication to the animals of Maui.
