Our Story

Meringue Cake Studio is owned and operated by Theresa Lancelotta and Jose Zaragoza, a dynamic duo with a passion for food, scratch cooking, and baking. Theresa, a Baltimore native, graduated from Baltimore International College with an AA in Baking and Pastry, while Jose, originally from Chicago, has worked in various food-related jobs and taken classes at The French Pastry School. Together, they bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table, creating delicious desserts and treats that are sure to delight.

Our cafe menu also includes homemade soups, salads, and specialty sandwiches made on our homemade breads. We pride ourselves on making each order unique, delicious, and beautiful, with no shortcuts or imitations.
