Solorzano's Pizzerias is more than just a restaurant; it's a culmination of three generations of family tradition and dedication. Our story began in the 1960s when Filippo Centrella, an immigrant from Italy, arrived in New Jersey with his wife Lina. They poured their heart and soul into building a successful pizzeria, instilling their passion for authentic Italian flavors into every dish. This legacy was passed down to their children and eventually to Carlos Solorzano, who, inspired by Filippo, opened his own pizzeria, Filippo's.

Over the years, the Solorzano family expanded their business, opening additional pizzerias, each embodying the same commitment to quality, taste, and family. In 2003, guided by a dream of a new life and captivated by Florida's sunshine, the Solorzano's relocated their beloved pizzeria to Sarasota, where they established Solorzano's Restaurant. Philip Solorzano, driven by ambition and a love for his craft, realized his vision of opening a pizzeria on Siesta Key, collaborating with his brother Carlos Jr. to launch Solorzano Bros. Pizzeria.

This entrepreneurial spirit continued to flourish as Philip Solorzano expanded Solorzano's beyond just Sarasota, making his signature pizzeria sauce and perfected recipes accessible to even more people.
