At Pampas Las Vegas, we are committed to providing our guests with a clean and healthy dining experience. In response to the Corona Virus, COVID-19, we have instituted a number of policies to ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness are being followed. Some of our efforts include increased handwashing and glove usage by staff, increased sanitization of heavily used surfaces, attendant service of our buffet items, and social distancing within our restaurant.

Our Story

Pampas Las Vegas is the original Las Vegas Strip churrascaria, serving the tastiest parade of meats on the Strip for almost two decades. Our restaurant is inspired by the gaucho culture of the Pampas region in South America, where we celebrate the traditional style of cooking. Our spacious seating and stylish decor create an inviting atmosphere for small or large groups, perfect for lunch or dinner with family or friends.

With hours of operation from 11AM to 10PM Sunday to Thursday and 11AM to 11PM Friday and Saturday, we are open to serve you at your convenience.
