Questions
What is the free Orientation Day process?
Our free Orientation Day assesses your dog's compatibility with our playgroups. It includes introductions to staff, mentor dogs, and supervised play sessions to ensure safety and comfort.
How are playgroups organized?
Playgroups are divided by temperament and playstyle, not size. Staff continuously monitor interactions and may adjust groupings to maintain safety and positive experiences.
What vaccination requirements exist?
Dogs must have Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations. Puppies under 4 months may join Puppypalooza but require full vaccination for adult programs.
Can pets with special needs be accommodated?
We accommodate special needs pets, including medication administration (excluding injections). Please discuss specific requirements with our staff during orientation.
What happens if my pet gets injured?
Minor incidents may require rest periods. Major incidents result in immediate owner notification and potential exclusion from group play, following veterinary guidance.
How do you handle canine illnesses?
Sick pets are isolated, and owners are contacted immediately. A 14-day symptom-free period is required before returning, with veterinary clearance for contagious illnesses.
