Our Story

At Dale's Shoes, we have a rich history that spans over 40 years. Founded in 1976 by Dale Dotson, our store started as a small space in the Volusia Mall, serving the local community. Over the years, we've grown and expanded, moving to a larger location in Daytona Beach in 1994, where we consolidated six stores across the state into one central location. In 2008, we opened a pedorthics office, offering footwear to help treat various conditions related to the foot. And in 2016, we began offering professional shoe repair services under the management of Chris Dotson, Dale's grandson. Today, we are proud to be a family-owned business, with Daniel Dotson, Dale's grandson, as the owner and operator.
