Our Story

Trummer's is the creation of husband and wife team, Victoria and Stefan Trummer, who brought their expertise from the New York restaurant scene to Clifton. Our restaurant is a playground of memorable cuisine, superb service, and stunning ambiance, showcasing the diverse agricultural community of Virginia. We take pride in combining "small town charm with fabulous food and attentive service generally found in big food cities."

Our Services

Our menu program allows for a unique dining experience, with dishes prepared in a variety of ways, including our French Rotisserie. Our Executive Chef, Zach Ridenhour, is inspired by the rich agricultural community of Virginia and works closely with small farms to create a menu that features fresh seafood, local pork, and seasonal produce.
