Our History

West Coast Fire Protection Systems was founded and established in Auburn, California by Merle and Meg Ralls. Merle has an extensive amount of experience in the fire sprinkler industry starting from when he lived and worked in Southern California. With all the knowledge that he gained, he relocated his family to the Auburn area in 1977 where he started working in and around the Sacramento area. In 1986 with much dedication and determination, Merle and Meg started West Coast Fire Protection Systems Co., Inc. As the company flourished and became a well-respected business, Merle and Meg were able to retire in 2000, turning the company over to their daughter Jaymee Lewallen.
