Therapeutic Massages: Designed to reduce tension, elongate soft tissue, and increase circulation. We use a combination of myofascial therapy, trigger point, cross-fiber, and deep Swedish techniques to address specific areas of discomfort.
Relaxation Massages: Designed to promote deep relaxation and reduce stress. Our trained massage therapists will work to ease muscle tension and promote a sense of calm and well-being.
Postural Massages: Targeted at addressing postural deficiencies and work-related stress and tension.
Heat Massages: Combining heat therapy with massage to relax and soothe the muscles.
Sports Massages: Designed for athletes and individuals who engage in regular physical activity. Our sports massage focuses on increasing circulation, reducing inflammation, and promoting recovery.
Cupping Massages: Using suction therapy to promote relaxation, reduce muscle tension, and improve circulation.
Arnica Massages: Using arnica oil to reduce inflammation, promote recovery, and soothe the skin.
CBD Massages: Combining massage therapy with CBD oil to promote relaxation, reduce pain and inflammation, and promote overall well-being.
Mobile Massage Services
We now offer mobile massage services to accommodate your busy schedule. Our licensed massage therapist will come to your home, office, or hotel room to provide a relaxing and rejuvenating massage experience.
Our Expertise
Jesus Arroyo-Lopez, LMT, MMP, our lead massage therapist, has undergone extensive training and education in massage therapy. With over a decade of experience in the field, Jesus has developed a unique approach to massage therapy that combines multiple techniques to provide a comprehensive and effective massage experience.
Our Hours of Operation
We are open Monday through Friday from 12pm to 8pm, and Sunday from 10am to 6pm. We are closed on holidays and weekend evenings. Please note that we require a 24-hour notice for all cancellations or changes to appointments.
