Our Team

Jared Chrudimsky, our founder and co-owner, is a highly skilled massage therapist with extensive training and experience. He specializes in deep tissue massage techniques, including Trigger Point Therapy and Myofascial Release. Jared has received numerous awards for his work, including six times winner of Worcester Magazine's Best Massage Therapist Award and the Reader's Choice award in the Holden Landmark. He has worked with various sports teams, colleges, and charities, and has also taught at Salter College as an instructor and director of the Massage Therapy Program.

Caroline Chrudimsky, also a co-owner and licensed massage therapist, has been in the field for over 11 years. She received her training from Amherst School of Massage Therapy and has also become a Certified Nurse's Assistant through the American Red Cross. Caroline enjoys helping people and is dedicated to providing exceptional care to all her clients.
