Our properties, including Birchwood Gardens, Birchwood Manor, Birchwood Living, and Birchwood Retreat, are designed to provide comfort, accessibility, and personalized care.

Our services include private resident rooms, equipped with modern amenities like large flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, and spacious closets. Each room can be fully furnished upon request, or residents are free to bring their own belongings. We also offer a variety of activities, such as exercises, arts and crafts, and nail and hair care, to ensure that our residents lead fulfilling and engaging lives. Additionally, we provide transportation to and from appointments and day trips, ensuring that our residents have access to everything they need.

Our staff is composed of caring individuals, many of whom are certified nursing assistants (CNAs) and have received training in memory care for residents with Alzheimer's and other dementias. We maintain a high staff-to-resident ratio, typically 1:3 from 9am to 3pm, to provide individualized attention and care. Our goal is to provide the best care possible in a home-like setting, making every resident feel valued and supported.
