Our Services

At NexCare, we offer a variety of services designed to meet the unique needs of our residents. Our short-term rehabilitation services include PT, OT, and speech tailored to your needs and available seven days a week. Our long-term care services include RN coverage seven days a week, daily activities with both in-house and weekly trips available.

Short Term Rehabilitation

Our short-term rehabilitation services are designed to provide a bridge of care from hospital to home. Our team of experienced therapists work closely with each resident to create a personalized rehabilitation plan that addresses their specific needs and goals. We understand the importance of returning home as quickly and safely as possible, and our team is dedicated to helping residents achieve this goal.

Long Term Care

Our long-term care services are designed to provide 24-hour care for those who require ongoing support. Our team of skilled nurses and caregivers provide compassionate and individualized care to meet the unique needs of each resident. We offer a variety of activities and amenities to ensure that our residents lead fulfilling and enjoyable lives.

Locations

We have multiple locations throughout Michigan, including Bay Shores, Dimondale, Durand, Evergreen, Fairlane, Faith Haven, Fisher, Four Chaplains, Holt, Hoyt, Lahser Hills, LakePointe, OakPointe, Saginaw, Schnepp, South Lyon, Valley View, and West Oaks. Each of our facilities is designed to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for our residents.
