Panoramic Landscaping + Excavation is a full-service land-construction and landscape installation company founded by Kevin Sullivan in 1999. We are a large-scale operation capable of handling projects of any size. Our landscape and excavation crews work seamlessly together on each project, combining their expertise to bring life to the landscape vision of our clients. We specialize in hardscaping, including sea walls, retaining walls, free-standing walls, walkways, and patios. Kevin and his crews work alongside Architects, Landscape Architects, Builders, and Owners to help reach the desired project goals. Our team is known for their high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Our Services

Our services include excavation, landscaping, and hardscaping. We are available for every aspect of your project, starting with pre-construction planning, sitework, earth-moving, property drainage, and development. Our dedicated crews are carefully trained in safe environmental and installation practices. We specialize in the installation of stone walls, patios, walkways, and much more. Our equipment includes a 30-inch stone saw attachment, a topsoil screener, core drills for drilling through stone, a hook truck, numerous excavators, skid-steers, and tandem dump trucks for delivering large loads. This allows us to handle any size project with ease.

Our Projects

We have worked on numerous projects, including Upper Saranac Lake, which features an artistic haven with a modern twist. The property includes a historic main camp with a large entry patio, a log cabin, and a boathouse with a dock. The landscape is designed with native boulders, Adirondack granite retaining walls, and bluestone walkways. Another project is Lake Champlain Overlook, which offers a contemporary and historic renovation. Our projects showcase our expertise in creating beautiful and functional outdoor spaces.
