Oswego Teachers' Employees Federal Credit Union (OTEFCU) has been serving the employees of Oswego county school districts since 1961. As a not-for-profit, member-owned financial cooperative, our mission is to provide affordable financial services that meet the needs of our members. With a low cost structure and a member-focused philosophy, we offer a better alternative to other larger financial institutions.
