Inspectors
Our inspector, Brad Albin, is a certified home inspector with over 30 years of experience in the construction field. Brad has been performing comprehensive home inspections since 1988 and has extensive knowledge of construction techniques and procedures. As an inspector, Brad is familiar with how homes age and the problems that occur in an aging home. He regularly attends seminars to stay up-to-date with new construction methods, inspection techniques, and materials.
Inspector Qualifications
Brad Albin, ACI, has been certified by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and has over 30 years of experience in the construction field. He has completed the NCCA-accredited certification program to become a Certified ASHI Inspector (ACI). Brad is also a member of ASHI and has served as the Marketing Chairman and Education Chairman for the Northwest Chapter of ASHI.
Our Inspection Process
Our inspection process typically takes about three to three and a half hours to complete. After the inspection, we provide a verbal summary of the inspection findings to the client. We also produce a written report with pictures within 24 hours. We encourage clients to accompany us during the inspection to gain a better understanding of the property and the inspection process.
Seller Procured Inspections
Our seller procured inspections take about three hours to complete and include computer-generated reports and pictures of significant defects found during the inspection. These inspections and reports are designed to help sellers identify repair needs before listing their property.
Pre-Offer Inspections
Our pre-offer inspections take about one and a half hours to complete. The major findings are discussed at the site, and an email summary can be sent out as early as possible.
