Incarnate Word Academy

Welcome to Incarnate Word Academy, a Premier Independent Catholic School that has been serving a diverse group of learners from Preschool to Grade 8 since 1935. Located in Parma Heights, our school is dedicated to providing an excellent education, a rigorous academic experience, and outstanding enrichment programs in the areas of spiritual development, STEM, and athletics. Academics

At Incarnate Word Academy, we are committed to inspiring academic excellence through a rigorous academic program designed to allow each student to thrive. Our experienced teachers use innovative teaching methods to engage students in the learning process and foster a lifelong love of learning. Our curriculum includes a strong foundation in core subjects such as mathematics, science, language arts, and social studies, as well as opportunities for exploration and discovery in specialty areas such as art, music, physical education, etymology, world cultures, Latin, and technology.

Student Life

We believe that learning extends beyond the classroom, and we offer a variety of clubs, activities, and athletic programs to help students discover their passions and develop their talents. Our faith formation programs help students deepen their relationship with God and live out their faith in service to others. Our CYO athletics program encourages healthy competition and sportsmanship, while our STEAM before and after school program provides opportunities for students to explore science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics in a fun and supportive environment.
