She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan, where she graduated with honors. She went on to earn her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Stanford University.
Throughout her academic journey, Dr. Dyer-Friedman had the opportunity to work in various clinical settings, including the University of California, Berkeley's outpatient clinic, the Veteran's Administration Hospital, and the Children's Health Council. Her extensive training has equipped her with a broad range of clinical skills, allowing her to provide effective treatment approaches for a wide range of mental health concerns.
