At ReLAKES Professional Massage, we're more than just a spa or wellness center; we're a sanctuary for rejuvenation, relaxation, and pain management. Our journey began in Fargo, North Dakota, where our owner, Rachel Alderson, started her career in the massage profession in 1998. With years of experience in the field, Rachel decided to open her own practice, Revive Professional Massage, in 2010. After witnessing the success of Revive, Rachel decided to expand her dream and open ReLAKES Professional Massage in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota.

Our Services

We offer a variety of massage services, tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. Whether you're looking to escape for an hour, alleviate neck and shoulder pain, or manage a chronic injury, our skilled massage therapists are here to help.

• Swedish Massage: Our Swedish massages come in 30-minute, 45-minute, 60-minute, 90-minute, and 2-hour sessions. Prices start at $40 for a 30-minute session and go up to $150 for a 2-hour session.

• Deep Tissue Massage: This involves trigger point therapy, cross fiber friction, deep direct pressure, and stretching. Communication in regards to pressure is essential, and Swedish massage prices apply.

• Pregnancy Massage: For pregnant women, we recommend a minimum of 60 minutes and a maximum of 90 minutes. Prices are $75 for a 60-minute session and $110 for a 90-minute session.

• Myofascial Release: This therapy aims to relax contracted muscles, improve blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulate the stretch reflexes in muscles. Swedish massage prices apply.

• Raindrop Therapy: This treatment involves the use of high-grade Young Living essential oils. We recommend a 75-minute session for $110.

• Hot Stone Massage: We recommend a 90-minute hot stone massage for $120.

• Reflexology: This involves the application of pressure to feet and hands with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques without the use of oil or lotion. Swedish massage rates apply.

• Sports Massage: This service is designed to assist athletes of all sizes and abilities to achieve their physical goals. It combines a variety of massage modalities and stretching. There are pre and post-event sessions available.
