Mixed Martial Arts
Our MMA program combines Muay Thai striking with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu ground fighting to prepare students for real-world scenarios. Over 90% of fights transition to the ground, so we emphasize dominance in both stand-up and grappling. With structured classes for all levels, students develop strength, endurance, and mental toughness while learning practical self-defense techniques. Our instructors, including former professional athletes, ensure safe, effective training tailored to individual goals.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at Kinetix focuses on leverage and technique to control opponents regardless of size. Developed from Judo, our curriculum builds self-defense skills, competition readiness, and physical fitness. Students learn submissions, escapes, and positional control through drills and sparring. With belt-specific classes, we cater to beginners and advanced practitioners, emphasizing technical proficiency and mental resilience in a supportive environment.
Muay Thai
As an official Thai Boxing Association USA affiliate, our Muay Thai program teaches the 'Art of Eight Limbs' using punches, kicks, elbows, and knee strikes. The Muay Thai clinch technique allows control and powerful strikes, making it one of the most effective striking arts. Classes focus on conditioning, precision, and practical application, suitable for fitness enthusiasts and those seeking self-defense mastery in a high-energy setting.
Combat Fitness
Combat Fitness classes offer high-intensity workouts inspired by martial arts and CrossFit. Designed for all fitness levels, these sessions improve strength, speed, and endurance without requiring combat experience. Activities include bag work, bodyweight exercises, and circuit training to burn fat and build functional strength. No gloves or partners are needed, making it accessible for beginners and athletes seeking a dynamic alternative to traditional gym routines.
Mat Monsters
Mat Monsters is a martial arts program for children aged 7-12 that builds confidence, discipline, and self-respect. Through game-based training, kids learn fundamental techniques in a fun, engaging environment. Classes focus on coordination, focus, and teamwork while introducing self-defense basics. With two weekly sessions, our instructors foster physical development and positive character traits in a supportive, non-competitive atmosphere.
