Wild Sage is a locally owned and operated American Bistro and bar located in central downtown Spokane. We take pride in serving high-quality meats, fresh seafood, seasonally-inspired food, and locally sourced ingredients to create a unique dining experience. Our menu features a farm to table twist, making us the perfect spot to enjoy a comfortable fine dining experience with friends and family.

Our Story

Owned and operated since 2006 by managing partners Tom Sciortino, David Wells, and consulting partner Gare Traeger, Wild Sage has quickly become an award-winning local favorite. With extensive restaurant experience in California, Minnesota, Hawaii, Seattle, and here in Spokane, our team has created a premier dining adventure that will leave you wanting more.

Our Cuisine

At Wild Sage, we source the finest ingredients our region has to offer. From CasaCano Farms and Deerfield's artisanal produce to De Leon's tortillas, we are always looking for unique ingredients to highlight on our menu. Our menu features local beef, regional fresh fish, local gardens, heirloom vegetables, fruits, and tomatoes, which we describe as "Regionally Sourced Northwest Cuisine." We also offer a gluten-free menu upon request.
