At BREAD, we are a family-owned and operated bakery from Southern California. We pride ourselves on delivering fresh, artisan bread daily to our restaurants and cafes. Our story began in 1995 when our founder, Jonnie's father, had a vision to bring authentic old-world artisan bread to Southern California. After his passing, Jonnie left her career in advertising to carry on his dream, and in 2010, BREAD was born. Our commitment to quality and tradition is evident in every loaf we bake. We believe that good bread takes time, and we're dedicated to providing the best for our community.

Jonnie and Yannick, our lead staff, share a passion for creating unique and superior products. Jonnie grew up with a love for fresh, natural food and a dream to bring authentic artisan bread to the region. Yannick found his calling in the bread business through an apprenticeship in France and dedicated years to learning every aspect of the craft. Together, they bring their insights and talents to craft bread that brings joy and inspiration to the community.
