Our journey began in 2010 when Marc Lory, a French-born baker, decided to open a French Bakery in Tucson, Arizona. Our team of skilled bakers, trained in the art of traditional French baking, worked tirelessly to perfect our craft. Today, we are proud to offer a range of organic and non-organic breads, pastries, and tarts, as well as a selection of specialty items and groceries.

The Journey of our Bread and Pastries

We start by using a proprietary sourdough starter, cultivated over 10 years ago, to create our signature breads.
