Docking and Parking Challenges
Several reviewers had difficulty with parking and docking at the facility. Param Sidhu mentioned that the guard shack lady was unpleasant and that the tight docks were manageable but the U-turn was challenging. AlexYEET stated that the facility was stressful for truck drivers, especially those with 53-foot swing doors, and that there were many times when drivers lost their mirrors due to other drivers backing into the dock. Harman Gill noted that backing up could be tricky at times and that the dock staff was friendly.

Karron, in particular, was praised by Melora P for taking excellent care of a treasured family heirloom and communicating with her throughout the shipping process.
