Classical Ballet Training

Progressing Ballet Technique
This specialized program develops core strength and muscle memory through progressive exercises. Students improve range of motion and control while learning safe dance mechanics. The three-tier system builds from foundational strength through advanced technical execution, complementing regular ballet training with targeted conditioning specifically designed for ballet movements.
Company Performance Program
Four-tier company program prepares dancers for professional careers through performance experience. Members rehearse and perform in annual productions including The Nutcracker, Spring Ballet, and Michigan Ballet Festival.
