Lauren Tate, the owner of Tate & Associates, has over 30 years of experience representing hospitals, pharmacies, and physicians in medical malpractice cases, as well as various clients in personal injury cases with a focus on premises liability. She uses her extensive knowledge and experience to effectively address damage and causation issues through the strategic use of treating physician depositions and expert witnesses. This expertise gives our clients a significant advantage in defending cases and reducing potential damages.

Lauren has been mediating all types of civil cases since 2012. Her background in defense representation allows her to communicate effectively with defense counsel and claims professionals, who are responsible for assessing and managing risk. Lauren's strength lies in her ability to connect with the parties involved and earn their trust, enabling them to listen to opposing viewpoints. She is particularly skilled at managing negotiations, setting realistic expectations, and reaching settlements in emotionally charged cases, ensuring that all parties feel empowered and committed to finding a resolution.
