We provide full-cycle manufacturing from design to final testing at our Cambridge, MN facility.
Custom Metal Fabrication
We deliver tailored metal fabrication solutions including reactors, skid-mounted systems, and modular units. Our 43-acre campus supports projects up to 450 tons with bridge crane capabilities. Services include welding, cladding, and assembly for industries requiring precision-engineered components.
Heat Treatment
Our natural gas-fired heat treatment furnace accommodates items up to 110' long and 280 tons. We provide stress relieving for pressure vessels and industrial gear using calibrated systems, ensuring dimensional stability and compliance with ASME Section VIII requirements for critical applications.
Weld Overlay Cladding
We apply weld overlay cladding to enhance corrosion and wear resistance for pipelines, valves, and vessels. This process creates metallurgically bonded protective layers using specialized alloys, offering cost-effective solutions for subsea equipment and chemical processing components in hostile environments.
