Welcome to Fort Bend Martial Arts Academy, one of the most prestigious Taekwondo Schools in the United States. With over 25 AAU National Championships, we have established ourselves as a leader in the martial arts community. Our academy has been in operation since 2010, and during that time, we have built a reputation for excellence in training and competition.

Our Mission

Our mission is to build champions, not just in martial arts, but in life. We believe that martial arts training should not only improve physical fitness but also mentally and emotionally. Our coaches are dedicated to helping students of all ages and skill levels achieve their goals, whether it's to compete at the highest level or simply to improve their overall well-being.

Programs Offered

We offer a variety of programs to cater to different needs and goals. Our programs include:

• Little Ninja Program for ages 5-6
• Beginners Class for ages 7-13
• Intermediate/Advanced Black Belt Class for ages 7 and up
• Adult Class for ages 14 and up
• Developmental Teams for ages 7 and up
• Instructors who are Olympic Taekwondo Coaches and World and National Champions

Instructors

Our instructors are some of the most highly decorated and respected athletes and coaches in the sport. They have worked with athletes at all levels, from local and state competitions to national and Olympic competitions. Our coaches have a deep understanding of the importance of proper technique, physical conditioning, and mental preparation.

Facility

In January 2020, we moved into a brand-new facility, providing a state-of-the-art training area of just under 2,000 square feet. The facility features maximum visibility, allowing visitors to observe training while providing uninterrupted sound from the lobby.

Creating Lifelong Friendships

Unlike many martial arts schools that focus solely on promoting individual achievement, we believe in fostering a sense of community and team spirit. We encourage our students to support each other and work together to achieve common goals. This approach has resulted in many students remaining with us for seven to ten years or more, making lifelong friendships and memories.

Competitions

We offer developmental teams that compete locally and nationally in Taekwondo tournaments. We also host internal tournaments, which are professionally coordinated and judged by independent referees. Our athletes who move up the competition ladder can qualify for our highly competitive National Team.
