Sheet Metal Fabrication Processes
We offer a range of sheet metal fabrication processes, including:
- Shearing: 26 to 11 gauge material
- Punching: 26 to 11 gauge material
- Bending: 26 to 11 gauge material
- Welding: ARC, MIG, TIG, and spot welding
- Secondary Operations: PEMs drilling and tapping (up to 2"), roll forming (24 - 16 gauge, up to 36" wide), soldering and brazing, engraving and filling, finishing, shot and bead blasting, painting and powder coating, plating and heat treating, and silk screening
Assembly and Testing
We also provide assembly and testing services, including electro-mechanical tubing, valve, and flow control general assembly and testing, packaging and distribution, packaging design, packing and crating, and domestic and international shipping.
