Greetings from Patricia Mosbacher, LCSW, the Owner and a Clinician at our practice. I am delighted to welcome you to Rippling Waters Counseling, a quiet place to heal. Our mission is to provide a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment where individuals, families, and children can begin their journey towards healing and personal growth. Our clinical staff is dedicated to empowering clients to tap into their inner strength, challenge irrational beliefs, and develop skills to navigate relationships and life's challenges.
Our Clinical Staff
At Rippling Waters Counseling, we have a team of highly skilled and experienced clinicians who are passionate about helping our clients. Our clinicians use an eclectic blend of therapeutic approaches, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
*Patricia Mosbacher, LCSW*
As the Owner and a Clinician in the Practice, I have extensive experience in administration and providing therapy to adults. I believe that treatment success is dependent upon the client's willingness to engage in the work. I specialize in several trauma therapies and have a deep understanding of the impact that trauma can have on an individual's life.
*Kaitlyn Parkman, LCPC*
Kaitlyn received her Master's Degree in Professional Counseling in 2015 from Lindenwood University-Belleville. She has experience working with children (10 & older), adolescents, adults, and families, with a specialization in anger, anxiety, bipolar, depression, post-traumatic stress disorders (PTSD), relationship issues, and substance use. Kaitlyn strives to create a welcoming space where clients feel safe to be themselves, and their experiences are understood, accepted, and valued.
*Mallory Allgire, LCPC*
Mallory uses an eclectic blend of therapeutic approaches as she recognizes that not everyone is the same and deserves treatment specific to their needs. She creates a welcoming space where clients feel safe to be any version of themselves they choose, and it is accepted, understood, and valued. At your pace and when you are ready, Mallory can assist you or your kiddo to find balance, challenge irrational beliefs, engage in self-exploration, learn skills to work through unwanted thoughts and feelings, navigate relationships, address behavior concerns, and ultimately grow to love and understand the amazing person you are!

Why Counseling?
At Rippling Waters Counseling, we believe that mental health conditions need the will to get better, as well as licensed clinical professionals who are educated and experienced in helping a person identify the problem and develop goals for treatment. Our therapies have helped clients become more empowered by tapping into the strength they have within themselves. Thoughts jump around in our brains and sometimes take us down the wrong road! Throughout life, they pop up and are not always supportive or useful, but they are compelling. Our therapies can help you challenge those thoughts, identify the problem, and develop goals for treatment.
