Our Story

Bisonte Pizza Co. was founded by brothers Steve and Jim DaPolito, who grew up in Buffalo, New York, the original home of the Buffalo wing. With over 40 years of combined experience in the pizza business, they brought their family's heirloom recipes to North Carolina, where they've perfected the art of making the perfect pie. Our pizzeria is named after the Italian word for "buffalo, " a nod to our roots and our passion for bringing a taste of Buffalo to the South.
