The Booking House, a premier wedding and event destination, is nestled in the heart of Manheim, Pennsylvania. Our historic venue, once an old General Cigar Co. Warehouse built in 1884, stands as a testament to the rich history of tobacco and cigar making in Lancaster, PA.
The idea for The Booking House was born out of a simple observation: the beauty and potential of an old brick structure with thick chestnut beams and wood floors. After years of being used primarily for storage, our family decided to breathe new life into this old beauty, transforming it into a unique event space where people could celebrate life's finest moments.
Construction began in October 2013, and after months of hard work, we completed renovations in July 2014. Since then, we have continually updated features throughout the building, big and small, to ensure that every event hosted here is truly unforgettable.
In Summer 2022, we embarked on a new project - creating an outdoor-feel event space within the building that would eliminate the stress of weather. By September 2023, The Atrium was complete! This new space offers a variety of features including a 13' x 13' skylight, 6 large garage door windows, a stunning chandelier, white brick, and concrete floors.
Our team, led by President JP Perron and Director of Hospitality Michele Perron, is dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring that every event hosted at The Booking House is nothing short of perfect. We treat each event and wedding with as much attention and care as if it's our own, striving for a sparkling clean building with friendly and accommodating staff eager to help with your successful event. We create and maintain connections with local event professionals to offer you genuine recommendations to help build your event dream team.
With over 800 events successfully hosted in our venue, we persist in evolving as a close-knit work family to enhance our service for all our clients. We're excited for the next chapter in our journey and look forward to helping you celebrate life's finest moments at The Booking House.

Our venue boasts three floors of event space, accommodating parties up to 250 guests. Each space is meticulously designed to provide the perfect setting for your special occasion. The Atrium, Crows Nest, Whitaker Room, Bridal Suite, Rizzard Room, and The Station Room are just a few of the options available to you.
In addition to our event spaces, we also offer a range of in-house services to make your planning process as seamless as possible. From catering and decor to entertainment and more, we've got you covered.
Our Team
Our team is comprised of dedicated professionals who are passionate about making your event unforgettable. Led by President JP Perron and Director of Hospitality Michele Perron, our staff is here to provide exceptional service and ensure that every detail of your event is meticulously planned and executed.
Brittany Little serves as our Director of Sales + Operations, overseeing the logistics of each event and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Aalea Ray is our Venue Coordinator/Lead Wedding Coordinator, working closely with our wedding couples to bring their vision to life. Emilie Longenecker serves as our Assistant Hospitality Manager/Bar Consultant, focusing on the overall guest experience and providing expert advice on beverage options. Autumn Keeler rounds out our team as a Wedding Coordinator, dedicated to making each wedding day truly special.
