Dreams Gymnastics Center

Welcome to Dreams Gymnastics Center, a place where we inspire and empower each child to believe and achieve their dreams in the sport of gymnastics and in life. Our mission is to provide a safe and nurturing environment with the opportunity to be trained by a highly qualified and professional staff capable of coaching gymnasts from the recreational level to the Elite level. We strive to create an atmosphere where gymnasts are encouraged to dream, believe, and achieve.

Dreams Gymnastics Center, YDGC, LLC is located in Toano, Virginia and proudly serves residents in the areas of Williamsburg, James City County, York County, New Kent, Providence Forge, Charles City County, Gloucester, West Point, and beyond. Our state-of-the-art training facility offers the Olympic discipline of Artistic gymnastics and is equipped with the latest equipment to ensure the safety and success of our gymnasts.

Our Staff

Our staff is comprised of professional and caring individuals who are committed to promoting a safe and fun environment for all. Our coaches hold a minimum level of Instructor Certified within USA Gymnastics University and our USAG Professional Members are required to abide by the Code of Ethical Conduct and adhere to the Safe Sport Program. We are dedicated to helping every gymnast, both recreational and competitive, reach his or her full potential.

Recreational Program

Our recreational program is designed for children of all ages and abilities to learn the fundamentals of gymnastics in a fun and supportive environment. Our classes include preschool gymnastics, beginner gymnastics, intermediate gymnastics, and advanced gymnastics. We also offer boys gymnastics classes, tumbling classes, and trampoline classes.

Competitive Program

Our competitive program is designed for gymnasts who are ready to take their skills to the next level. Our competitive teams include Xcel, Compulsory, Optional, and Elite. We also offer a Developmental Team for gymnasts who are not yet ready for the competitive team but are interested in pursuing a competitive track.

Specials & Events

In addition to our regular classes and competitive teams, we also offer specials and events throughout the year. Our specials include Parents' Night Out, Open Gym, and Birthday Parties. Our events include gymnastics competitions, clinics, and camps.

Policies & Forms

To ensure the safety and well-being of our gymnasts, we have policies and procedures in place. Our policies include tuition and payment policies, make-up policies, and dress code policies. We also have forms that need to be completed for registration, medical information, and liability waivers.

We are excited to welcome everyone back to Dreams Gymnastics Center. The health and well-being of our students and families continue to be our first priority, and we are working hard to prepare for reopening. We look forward to reconnecting with everyone and are optimistic that we will all emerge from this ready to thrive once again.
