Our Story
The MMA Lab is more than just a martial arts training facility - it's a community of like-minded individuals who share a passion for martial arts and fitness. Our mission is to create a relationship-based community that supports all who desire to better themselves through martial arts and fitness. We believe that martial arts training is not just about physical exercise, but also about mental and emotional growth.
Our History
The MMA Lab was founded in 2007 with the goal of building the marquee martial arts gym in the United States. With over a decade of experience, we have become one of the top 10 Mixed Martial Arts facilities in the world, hosting a stable of fighters actively competing in the UFC, Bellator, and many other professional organizations worldwide. In 2018, we upgraded our facilities under the guidance of Ben Henderson, former UFC and WEC world champion, and John Crouch, Owner and Head Coach. Our focus is not only on creating a training program that breeds champions but also on building a learning environment that fosters family, encourages camaraderie, and provides opportunities for constant improvement for all who seek it through martial arts and fitness.

Adult Programs
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: Popularized by the Gracie family, this grappling-based martial art provides great mental training and an even better physical workout.
- Women's Only Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: A supportive and comfortable environment for women to learn the art of Jiu-Jitsu.
- Kickboxing: A high-energy class that combines martial arts techniques with aerobic exercise for a fun and challenging workout.
Youth Programs
- Youth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: Teach your child the art of Jiu-Jitsu in a safe and supportive environment.
- Youth Kickboxing: Give your child skills that will last them a lifetime, teaching them discipline, focus, and self-defense.

Kids' Corner
We understand that finding childcare can be a challenge. Our Kids' Corner attendants are CPR/AED certified and must pass a background check before being hired. We provide a safe and fun environment for your children while you train, so you can focus on your fitness journey.
