At Mountainside Martial Arts Center, we pride ourselves on being a traditional martial arts school that has been serving the Ahwatukee-Foothills community since 1979. Our school is dedicated to preserving the rich traditions of Japanese martial arts, specifically the style of Wado-Ryu Karate-do. Our founder, Rick Savagian, brought this style to Ahwatukee in 1979 and has been teaching it to students of all ages ever since.

At Mountainside Martial Arts Center, we believe that martial arts training should be a journey of self-discovery and personal growth.
