Our Story
As a family-owned and operated business in La Mesa since 1989, we have been La Mesa's premier jeweler for more than three decades. Our boutique storefront is conveniently located in the heart of La Mesa's village, offering a large selection of fine jewelry, as well as customizable sets, or loose, diamonds, and colored stones. We are both brokers and direct importers of diamonds. And all our jewelry repairs are done in-house by owner Pierre, a veteran jeweler and La Mesa local who is committed to craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
Our Services
What distinguishes Pierre's from other jewelers is our ability to translate a customer's concept into a one-of-a-kind jewelry piece. Our custom jewelry design process is an intricate, multi-step process, all of which is managed exclusively in our La Mesa facility and with the customer's vision in mind. Custom pieces are often completed in a few weeks and surprisingly, cost little if any more than off-the-shelf jewelry. More than half of Pierre's inventory is comprised of his original designs. When he isn't specially creating customer-commissioned pieces, he is crafting new one-of-a-kind designs for his eclectic storefront collection.
In addition to custom jewelry design, we also offer in-house repair, restoration, and appraisal expertise. We proudly do all appraisals and repairs in-house, ensuring that our clients' jewelry never leaves our store, and most repairs can be completed in just a few days. Our services include:
