Let's Print a Better Tomorrow

Yoginos: Yoga for Youth has been dedicated to creating and facilitating transformative yoga and mindfulness programs for over 15 years. Founded by Dr. Beth Reese, the organization has grown into a trusted source of comprehensive, interdisciplinary educational materials that cater to various cultural beliefs, academic theories, and ancient traditions.

Our founder, Dr. Beth Reese, and her team of experienced leaders have integrated research-based educational theories, mental health tenets, and CASEL's new Transformative SEL competencies into our trainings and resources. We believe in the power of mindfulness and yoga, complemented by art, music, games, stories, and other sensory-integrated activities, to promote flexibility, strength, balance, collaboration, civic and social responsibility, nutrition, and well-being on and off the yoga mat. Yoginos: Yoga for Youth is a Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) that represents a diverse team of professionals with various backgrounds, ages, and expertise.

Our organization offers three core programs:

1. Kids yoga and mindfulness teacher training program

2. Professional development and on-demand curriculum for schools

3. Bilingual interdisciplinary educational materials

The kids yoga and mindfulness teacher training program empowers participants to become certified instructors, earn CEUs, or acquire their RCYT credential.
