Meet Our Guru

Our guru, Katarina, is a yogini of the Kriya Lineage and has spent years developing her expertise in yoga therapy and complementary therapies. With a passion for helping others, Katarina is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and experience with individuals from all walks of life. Her qualifications include a degree in psychology and mental health from the University of Liverpool, a master's degree in health science and health promotion from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and certifications in various yoga and meditation techniques.
