At Bubba's Bar-B-Que, we're a family-owned and operated business that's been serving up delicious barbeque and steaks in Cody, Wyoming, for over 30 years. Our story begins with our founder, Jim Shivler, also known as "Bubba, " who opened the first Bubba's Bar-B-Que in Jackson, Wyoming, over 25 years ago. Bubba's passion for slow-smoking meats and creating mouth-watering recipes has made us a beloved institution in the Cody community.

Breakfast Menu

Our breakfast menu is designed to start your day off right. From 7 am to 11 am, Monday through Saturday, and 11:30 am on Sundays, we serve up a real western breakfast, complete with pancakes, waffles, eggs, and more.

Lunch & Dinner Menu

For lunch, we're open from 11 am to 4 pm, Monday through Saturday, and 11:30 am to 4 pm on Sundays. Our dinner service is available from 4 pm to 9 pm, Monday through Saturday, and 4 pm to 8 pm on Sundays.

Our Story

Our family-owned business has been a staple in the Cody community for over 30 years. Our owner, Denise Wiegand, grew up in Cody and is an alum of Cody High School and the University of Wyoming. Her husband, Brian, is a U.S. Navy veteran from Pittsburgh, PA. Together, they have two beautiful children who often help out in the restaurant. In 2011, the family purchased Bubba's Bar-B-Que with the goal of making a positive contribution to the local community.
