Why Do I Need An Inspection?

The purchase of a home or commercial building is one of the largest single investments you will ever make. A thorough inspection can help identify potential problems before you close the deal, saving you from costly repairs and unexpected maintenance down the line. An inspection can also provide valuable insights into the overall condition of the property, helping you negotiate a better price or backing out of the deal if necessary.

What We Check

Our comprehensive inspection covers all major systems and components of the property, including the roof, foundation, electrical, plumbing, heating systems, insulation, ventilation, and attic. We use state-of-the-art equipment and technology to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for repairs or further evaluation.

Mold Inspections

In addition to our standard home inspection services, we also offer mold inspections to identify and assess mold growth within a property. This is particularly important for properties located in humid or high-moisture environments, as mold can cause significant damage to the structure and pose health risks to occupants.

Fees

Our fees are competitive and based on the size and complexity of the property. We offer free quotes and flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs and budget.

Sample Report

To give you an idea of what to expect from our inspection report, we provide a sample report on our website. This comprehensive document includes detailed findings, color photographs, and recommendations for repairs or further evaluation.

Inspection Agreement

Before we begin the inspection, we will provide you with a detailed agreement outlining the scope of the inspection, the areas to be covered, and the limitations of the inspection. This ensures that both parties are fully aware of what is included and what is not included in the inspection.
